I have known Dee for about 12 years and she's one of the hardest working and a very diligent Real estate agent on the north shore of Long Island, NY. The house I was selling needed some sprucing up and I did not have the funds to cover the work. Put simply, the program provides an interest-free loan to perform work such as staging, painting, flooring, etc., which is paid back at closing. The program was a great help to me in getting the home ready for sale. After the improvements, Dee Dee was able to increase her suggested listing price significantly, and in the end, the property sold for $86k above even the increased list price! I credit Dee Dee and her knowledge and hard work, and the lifeline that the Compass Concierge program provided.

Dee Dee Brix is a fabulous real estate agent! She has all the qualities a home buyer/seller could want. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, possessing a data base type memory and a very nice understated, no pressure approach. She quickly finds out what your real needs and preferences are and doesn't either waste your time or rush you. She's patient, positive and cheerful.
